689bd Responsible Gaming — Keep the Fun in Control
689bd believes the best entertainment is only possible when gaming stays within safe and healthy boundaries. Our tools and support team are always by your side.
Gaming Should Be Fun, Not Stressful
Online casino and betting is a form of entertainment — not a source of income. 689bd always wants every player to play within their means and limits, fulfill responsibilities to family and work, and maintain their mental wellbeing.
We know that for some people gambling can become a problem. That is why 689bd has built a complete responsible gaming system — from setting deposit limits to temporarily or permanently excluding yourself. Our goal is simple: to keep your gaming experience positive for life.
On this page you will learn how to use 689bd's responsible gaming tools, recognise signs of gambling addiction, and seek help when needed.
Responsible Gaming Tools
Deposit Limits
Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately — increasing it is allowed but takes 24 hours to come into effect. This limit helps you stay within your budget.
Time-Out Feature
Need a short break? Use the time-out feature to temporarily close your account for 24 hours up to 30 days. During this period login, betting, and deposits will not be possible.
Self-Exclusion
If gambling becomes a problem, choose self-exclusion. You can exclude yourself for 6 months or permanently. During the exclusion period promotional emails and bonus offers will also stop.
Betting History & Loss Limits
View a detailed history of all your bets and wins and losses. You can also set a maximum weekly or monthly loss limit so that one bad session does not ruin your entire month's budget.
Reality Check Reminder
A reminder popup will appear at set intervals — showing how long you have been playing and how much you have won or lost. This keeps you aware throughout every session.
Support Team 24/7
689bd's support team is available around the clock in Bengali and English. Reach out via live chat or by writing to [email protected] at any time — no question is too small.
Age Limit — 21+ Only
Only those aged 21 or above may open an account and play at 689bd. No exceptions are made for age verification. Protecting minors is our top priority.
Age is verified at registration and before withdrawals. Parents can use various filtering software to keep their children away from online gambling. We firmly believe that children and teenagers must be kept completely away from gambling.
Signs of Problem Gambling
Most people play for entertainment and enjoy it without any issues. But sometimes gaming can get out of control. If you notice the following signs, it is important to seek help:
Warning Signs
- Placing more bets to try to recover lost money.
- Hiding your gambling or lying to family members.
- Skipping meals, sleep, or work to keep playing.
- Feeling restless or irritable when unable to stop playing.
- Gambling with money meant for bills or family expenses.
- Borrowing or taking on debt to keep playing.
- Finding no enjoyment in anything other than gambling.
If one or more of these signs apply to you, that is not a weakness — it is a signal of a problem that can be resolved. 689bd's support team is always ready to help with complete confidentiality.
Tips for Healthy Gaming
- Set a fixed budget before playing and never spend beyond it.
- Avoid continuing in the same session to recover lost money — it can lead to further losses.
- Set a time limit for each session and stick to it.
- Do not gamble when you are stressed, sad, or angry — clear-headed decisions are better decisions.
- Never place bets while under the influence of alcohol or any other substance.
- View gambling as a form of entertainment, never as a way to earn income.
- Spend time with family and friends — social connection helps maintain a healthy state of mind.
- Keep your deposit limits and reality check feature active — they are there to help you.
