689bd Q&A Centre

Live in-play betting lets you place bets on a match in real time while it is happening. Odds change moment to moment across various markets — such as runs in the next over, the next wicket, or the match result. 689bd offers live betting on cricket, football, and other sports. Making the right call at the right moment is the key skill here.

Decimal odds are straightforward: multiply your stake by the odds figure and that is your total return. For example — odds of 2.5 with a ৳500 bet gives you ৳1,250 back (profit of ৳750). Odds never go below 1.0; the higher the odds, the bigger the return — but the lower the probability. Lower-odds events are generally considered more likely outcomes.

Yes. 689bd offers betting markets on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other international cricket including ICC tournaments. You can participate in various markets such as match winner, toss winner, and highest run-scoring team. For example, Bangladesh vs India is a common case — where you can place a bet directly on the match winner market.

An accumulator (or parlay) bet combines multiple events into one. You have to win all the individual bets to receive the full payout — if even one loses, the entire bet is lost. For instance, betting on three separate matches multiplies all three odds together, making the potential payout much higher. The risk is also comparatively higher. It is suited for those looking for a more exciting experience.

689bd offers several popular cricket markets. These include: match winner (which team wins), toss result, total runs in the first innings (over/under), top wicket-taker, innings totals, and per-over run markets. In live betting, these markets can update ball by ball.

Yes, but you need to meet the wagering requirements first. The wagering requirement for 689bd's welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Example: if you receive a ৳1,500 bonus, you need to place ৳15,000 in bets — after that, winnings from the bonus become withdrawable. Your original deposit is not subject to this requirement and can be withdrawn at any time.

689bd generally processes withdrawals within 1 hour. If your account details are correct and the wagering requirements are met, most requests are approved quickly. In some cases, account verification may take a little extra time — contact support if that happens.

The minimum withdrawal amount at 689bd is ৳800. This same minimum applies regardless of the method — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank transfer. Before withdrawing, make sure your balance is equal to or greater than this amount.

No. For security reasons, 689bd only processes withdrawals to mobile banking accounts or bank accounts registered in your own name. This means your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account must match the name on your casino account. This is mandatory to ensure financial security.

Yes. 689bd's withdrawal service runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Requests are generally processed within 1 hour even at night or on public holidays. However, bank transfers may be subject to delays depending on banking business days — in those cases, mobile banking methods are faster.

Free spins are usually triggered when special scatter or bonus symbols land during a slot game. They start automatically from within the game and award a set number of spins at no cost. Winnings from free spins are generally added to your balance. Each game has its own free spins rules — you can view them in the game info panel.

In progressive jackpot slots, a small portion of every bet goes into the jackpot pool. The more players who play, the faster the pool grows. Once someone wins the jackpot, the pool resets back to zero. These slots offer the chance for a large win, but triggering the jackpot is generally rare and entirely random.

Most slot games on 689bd have a demo or free-play mode. In demo mode you can explore the game mechanics, bonus features, and paylines without using real money. It is a good way for new players to learn a game. However, winnings in demo mode cannot be withdrawn — it is for practice only.

Low-volatility slots are a good fit for players on a smaller budget. These games pay out more frequently, though each win tends to be smaller. Keeping the bet size at the minimum lets you play for longer. Volatility levels are usually shown in the game information on the page — check that before deciding.

If your connection drops, most game sessions are saved on the server. Reconnecting and logging back in should resume where you left off. If a game round had already completed, the result was determined on the server — this does not go against you. If you have any issue, contact support and your transaction history will be checked.

First, clear your browser cache. In Chrome, go to Settings > Privacy > Clear browsing data and delete cached images and files. Then reload the page. The 689bd site works on all modern smartphones, tablets, and desktops. It supports both Android and iOS operating systems. It has been tested on Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. If you are using an older operating system or a very outdated browser, some features may not display correctly — in that case, update your browser.

Yes. The 689bd website is built with a mobile-first design. Slots, live casino, sports betting, and other games can all be fully enjoyed in a mobile browser. There is no need to download a separate app. The games run on HTML5 technology, so they perform smoothly on a good internet connection.

Wagering requirements set out how many times you must bet before bonus money can be withdrawn. At 689bd, the welcome bonus requirement is 10x — applied to the bonus only, not the deposit. Example: for a ৳1,500 bonus you need to place ৳15,000 in bets. There is no separate wagering requirement on your original deposit.

Yes, each bonus generally has an expiry period. The specific time limit is communicated when the bonus is issued. If the wagering requirements are not met within that period, the bonus and any winnings from it may be cancelled. So after claiming a bonus, read the terms carefully and try to complete the wagering within the set time.

In many cases a bonus can be cancelled, but this depends on the bonus policy. Cancelling a bonus will also remove any winnings earned from it. If you want to cancel a bonus, contact the support team via live chat or email. Think it over carefully before cancelling — it may affect your original deposit balance.

Making your first deposit of at least ৳200 into your 689bd account gives you a 150% welcome bonus, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus — giving you a total balance of ৳2,500. The wagering requirement is 10x the bonus amount. The bonus is added automatically or may require a specific code — check the bonus option at the time of deposit.

Slot game bets generally count 100% toward the wagering requirement. Live casino games such as live blackjack or roulette may count at a different rate. For sports betting there may be a minimum odds requirement. The terms of each bonus set out exactly what percentage each game type contributes — check those to confirm.
